About the Foundation

Humanitarian work has always been at the center of The National Debutante Cotillion tradition. The National Debutante Cotillion Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and all-volunteer public charity, which supports humanitarian works and organizations including The Children’s National Medical Center of Washington, DC. The multi-day celebration of the National Debutante Cotillion and Thanksgiving Ball is the primary annual fundraiser for the Foundation. Following Studie’s vision, other events bring the “Cotillion Family” together throughout the year.

The 76th National Debutante Cotillion and Thanksgiving Ball will be held in Washington, DC. on November 29, 2024. The National Debutante Cotillion is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and all-volunteer public charity, which supports humanitarian works and organizations, including the Children’s National Hospital of Washington, D.C.
